Put your plan into action by embedding activities and opportunities across the school day. This could include assemblies, curriculum links, enrichment projects, pupil leadership roles, community partnerships, or whole-school campaigns.
Encourage staff to integrate the Social Signature Map into daily practice, so it becomes part of your school vision, values and culture rather than an additional task.
Celebrate small wins and share progress regularly to keep staff motivated and pupils engaged.
