How will the world remember you?

Our Social Signature is the mark we leave on others, our community, ourselves and the world.

Leaving your mark for good

Our Community is built on a shared why. We imagine a future where every young person leaves primary school not just marking their friends’ shirts with their name but marking the world with their values. A generation growing up with the confidence to understand who they are, what they stand for, and how they can make a meaningful difference.

Everything we do is co-created with the young people at the heart of this vision. Social Signature is more than a programme, it’s a lifelong mindset that helps children and adults feel seen, valued, and powerful, not for the marks they get, but for the marks they leave on others, their community, and the world.

Built on the belief that kindness, courage, creativity, and curiosity are real superpowers, our community creates space for everyone, especially those who don’t always feel recognised, to explore who they are, express what they value, and realise their ability to shape the world around them.

When children discover that who they are is their superpower, everything shifts.

They stand taller…

They care deeper…

… and they begin to change the world in their own special way.

The power of you

Every person, child or adult, has unique superpowers; strengths that, when recognised and nurtured, can shape themselves, their community, and the world around them.

Social Signature is about uncovering those powers and understanding the impact each of us can make. It’s about realising that the mark you leave, and how you leave it, matters deeply.

Whether it’s through caring, communicating, creating, or contributing, Social Signature helps everyone explore their values and use them to make a positive difference.

It’s a shared journey, building a community where every individual’s gifts are seen, celebrated, and amplified.

Social Signature is a lifelong habit, one that begins in childhood, grows with experience, and echoes long into the future.

How it works

Social Signature is a voluntary, values-based blueprint for life, designed to complement primary & secondary school curricula, youth groups and community programmes. It has been co-created with young people and helps children explore who they are, what they care about, and how they can make a positive difference at school, at home, and in their community. The blueprint is simple to run and incredibly powerful in impact. Each child receives a Social Signature Map and workbook that guides them through four themed stages, ME, WE, THEM, and US, each one helping them uncover and express their bold superpowers.

  • Children start by identifying their own strengths and passions. They reflect on what matters to them, what they’re good at, what brings them joy, and what they believe in. It’s all about self-awareness, confidence, and recognising that they already have superpowers within.

  • Through group activities and shared experiences, children explore the value of teamwork, listening, and helping each other. They learn that their power grows when it’s shared—and that connection and collaboration are superpowers too.

  • This stage encourages children to look outward—to notice the needs of others and take action, whether it’s supporting a friend, helping at home, or caring for the environment. Small acts of kindness become part of their growing Social Signature.

  • Finally, children connect the dots between individual actions and collective change. They see how ME + WE + THEM = US, is a mindset that inspires lifelong contribution and a sense of belonging to something bigger.

At every stage, children are encouraged to reflect on how they make a difference, and the difference it makes to them, from making someone smile, to showing courage, to taking care of the world around them. It’s not about the marks they get, it’s about the mark they leave.

The Social Signature Map shows you the ways you can make a difference, and where you’d love to use your superpowers in the future.

Why Social Signature matters

We know that not all children thrive within the boundaries of academic achievement. Some shine through empathy, others through quiet leadership, creativity, kindness, or resilience.

Social Signature is designed to recognise and nurture these qualities, the ones that don’t always show up in test scores but are just as vital to a child’s growth, confidence, and future wellbeing.

For many pupils, especially those who don’t always feel successful in the traditional sense, this could be the first time they’ve truly felt seen, valued, and powerful. That’s the heart of Social Signature: helping children explore who they are, how they contribute, and the marks they leave on others, their communities, and the world.

We can’t control the world our children are growing up in, but we can equip them to shape it. Through Social Signature, we’re building city regions where young people grow up with the confidence, compassion, and creativity to make a difference. From classrooms to playgrounds, homes to communities, it nurtures kindness, courage, and care, helping children, and all of us, create a world that truly matters.
