Develop: Where are we now?
Once you’ve mapped your current provision, use the insights to create a clear action plan for the areas that need strengthening. Identify specific goals for each of the six Social Signature Map areas; Learning, Safety, Poverty, Relationships, Health, and Environment and decide what success will look like.
Identify your champions for each area of the map and decide on a launch day (if appropriate).
Consider how you will involve pupils, staff, governors, families and community partners in your plans, reflecting the Ofsted framework and citizenship values.
Use the planning template to set priorities, assign responsibilities, and establish realistic timelines.

You can also view a completed example from another school to help shape your own approach.
Ensure the plan is shared with all staff and reviewed regularly to maintain momentum and commitment.
Encourage everyone to practice what they preach and create their own Social Signatures however big or small.
