Discover: How will we measure success?
Begin by reviewing what your school or community is already doing across the six areas of the Social Signature Map: Learning, Safety, Poverty, Relationships, Health, and Environment.
Using the Ofsted framework and the principles of citizenship education, consider what is already in place, what is working well, and what could be strengthened. Ask: What are we currently doing in each area? What links do we have with local charities, community groups or organisations? Who in our school community could champion each area?

Identify any gaps, and ensure this stage is completed with all staff to build buy-in, as this is a co-created process that works best when everyone contributes.
