Embed: What would we like to do?

Regularly evaluate the impact of your work to ensure it is making a difference for pupils and the school community.

Review progress against your plan using evidence such as pupil voice, staff feedback, attendance and behaviour data, and examples of pupil-led initiatives.

Identify what is working well and where adjustments are needed, then revise your plan accordingly.

This stage is best completed collaboratively with staff and pupils, ensuring the process remains co-created and reflective of your school’s evolving needs.
